The ACO Food Pantry offers crisis food to families living in Allen, Fairview and Lucas. Canned food items, non-perishables, frozen meats and fresh produce and dairy are often available to families in need. Stock in the ACO Food Pantry is a reflection of donations from the community and support from the North Texas Food Bank.
Families wishing to receive groceries from our pantry should contact the ACO Office for an appointment to receive a voucher. The office is located in the Allen Community Outreach Center at 801 E. Main Street. The ACO Food Pantry is also located at the Main Street location. Contact 972-727-9131 for an appointment.
Individuals, groups, businesses, churches, schools and organization all support the ACO Food Pantry with donations, holding local food drives and volunteering their time. A list of most needed items is available below. Information to make donations or volunteer may be available by contacting Marjorie Vaneskahian, Director of Volunteer Services at 972-727-9131 or Marjorie@acocares.org.
