Angela Sadler is the new Director of Employment Services who assists ACO clients in goal setting towards continued growth, development, and success. Her employment experience include: Salvation Army Carr P. Collins Women and Children Shelter assisting clients experiencing homelessness; the Center for Addiction and Recovery Studies supporting clients with resources and teaching classes; Family Advocate at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Collin County assisting families impacted by abuse with community resources and support. She believes that each client, with adequate support, and encouragement, can reach their potential for sustainability. Angela has a Bachelor of Arts from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master of Social Work, with a concentration in children and families, from the University of Texas at Arlington. Angela is a Licensed Master Social Worker by the State of Texas.

Sasha Johnson joined ACO in October as a new Accountant. She had worked in public accounting and private investments firms, as well as it the car sales business. Sasha has a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Finance from Texas A&M University. She is married and has a son named Will, a Doberman, and a cat. Sasha was a stay-at-home mom for a few years after her son was born and returned to work part-time when he started going to a Montessori school. She is excited to be part of ACO!

Kristen McWilliams is the new Intake Manager. Her role consists of scheduling appointments, answering and directing phone calls, handling sensitive information, and ensuring a positive experience for each person who walks through the doors. Kristen grew up in Allen, Texas and graduated from Allen High School. She danced professionally for the Dallas Sidekicks for two seasons and then for the Dallas Stars for one season. After retiring from dance, she graduated from Collin College with an Associates of Science. Growing up, Kristen volunteered with the Love Life Foundation, which her godmother helped co-found. Her volunteer experience led Kristen to fall in love with the nonprofit sector. She has also worked as a medical receptionist. She is honored to be a part of this team and is excited for her new journey at ACO!
