It’s hard to imagine that in Allen and throughout Collin County 1 in 4 children are food insecure. There are hundreds of students that receive free and reduced breakfasts and lunches at school. But with that resource gone during the summer months, their parents’ grocery bills go up and their pantry supplies go down. For many local families it is a real hardship.
But YOU can make a positive difference by hosting a party to have fun in the sun while also supporting our mission.
