Household Drop-Offs

Small items and clothing may be dropped off at our ACO Donation Center, located at 2 Butler Drive during the hours of 9:00am – 4:00pm on Monday – Saturday. CLOSED ON SUNDAY.  We are unable to accept donations during inclement weather. Broken or damaged items, as well as garbage, will NOT be accepted.

Guidelines:

• Please bag or box all items
• Donated clothing must be clean
• Sanitize your larger items before donating
• Our staff can only remove items from your trunk/hatchback/truckbed. Staff cannot enter your vehicle for backseat items.

Large Item Pick-Up Delay

Exciting times are ahead for ACO as we will soon begin the big move into our new mega ACO RESALE and open the new DONATION CENTER at Greenville Ave and Main Street. During this brief time we need your help and patience as we delay our donation pick-up schedule. 

All hands and trucks are busy making the big move, but we will be back on schedule soon and ready to accept your household donations. We hope to start limited pickups week of April 15th. Please email donationpickup@acocares.org and we will contact you as soon as possible in the order that requests are received. We thank you for your continued support of ACO. 

Accepted Donations

ACO accepts a wide variety of high-quality donations, such as furniture, clothing, kitchen appliances, and toys. However, ACO is also unable to accept certain donations, such as broken, damaged or soiled items, baby furniture, paint, or pianos. For a full list of accepted and non-accepted items, click here.
